BECOMING
The practice of intentional living
Becoming isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more fully yourself.
Life is always changing. We move through different seasons, take on new roles, lose old ones, discover things about ourselves, and sometimes find ourselves standing somewhere we never expected to be.
Becoming is a practice for paying attention to where you are, understanding what matters to you now, and making intentional choices about how you want to move forward.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to know exactly where you're going.
You simply have to be willing to notice.
A Practice for Every Season
Becoming recognizes that we don't move through life in a straight line.
There are seasons of discovering. Seasons of aligning. Seasons of expressing what we've come to know. And seasons of expanding into what comes next.
The seasons may look different for each of us, and they don't always happen in a predictable order. Sometimes we return to something we've explored before. Sometimes life changes and asks us to begin again.
Becoming, always returning.
The Four Movements of Becoming
AWARENESS
Awareness creates clarity.
We begin by paying attention—to ourselves, our lives, our patterns, our needs, and the season we're standing in.
ALIGNMENT
Alignment strengthens integrity.
With greater awareness comes the opportunity to make choices that are more consistent with what we value and who we are becoming.
EXPRESSION
Expression awakens courage.
What we discover within eventually asks to be expressed outward. This is the courage to trust our voice, allow ourselves to be seen, and let what is true become visible.
EXPANSION
Expansion anchors intention.
As we grow, our lives can expand with us. We begin to consider what is possible, what we want to create, and how we want to intentionally shape what comes next.
Becoming Is a Practice, Not a Destination
There is no final version of you waiting at the end.
Becoming isn't about constantly fixing yourself or chasing a better version of who you are. It is about developing the awareness, courage, and intention to meet yourself honestly wherever you are—and allowing that awareness to inform what comes next.
Sometimes the next step is to pause.
Sometimes it's to explore.
Sometimes it's to let go.
Sometimes it's to begin.
And sometimes, it's simply to trust that you already know more than you think you do.
Wherever you are, there is a place to begin.
