Last week I asked you the following question:

54% of you reported that low motivation was the obstacle that you found the most challenging when trying to maintain a health and fitness routine. At Total Transformation I provide services that are "person-centered," which means that you are at the heart of every decision that I make, and your unique needs, preferences, strengths, goals, and challenges will help to decide the topics that I discuss.
So, join me this Wednesday, September 10th, for the Complete Wellness Group Workshop, where we will discuss effective strategies that you can utilize when you are struggling to find the motivation to stay on track.

The workshop will feature a twenty-minute talk that includes tips to enhance your motivation, an overview of the different types of motivation, and guidance on how to access the most beneficial forms of motivation.
We will then take a break, turn off our cameras and microphones, and spend approximately 8 minutes listening to a guided meditation designed to help activate your motivation.
After the guided meditation, we will reconvene to discuss as a group. I will also provide time at the end of the workshop for anyone who wishes to discuss and brainstorm effective strategies for any challenges they are currently facing.
