In 2013, I launched Total Transformation: Transform your body, mind, and spirit. My journey began a personal trainer and fitness class instructor, but I soon recognized that wellness encompasses much more than just exercise. the past decade since the inception of Total Transformation, I have experienced numerous life changes, culminating in CROSSROADS (published in 2020), a collection of my journal entries, songs, and reflections on self-discovery. This journey ultimately inspired me to develop Foundations, the program designed to help me regain control of my life.
