In 2013, I launched Total Transformation: Transform your body, mind, and spirit. My journey began a personal trainer and fitness class instructor, but I soon recognized that wellness encompasses much more than just exercise. the past decade since the inception of Total Transformation, I have experienced numerous life changes, culminating in CROSSROADS (published in 2020), a collection of my journal entries, songs, and reflections on self-discovery. This journey ultimately inspired me to develop Foundations, the program designed to help me regain control of my life.

You are a multi-faceted being, with your own blend of physical, emotional intellectual, and spiritual components that make you perfectly, imperfectly you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to improving your life. Whether you are trying to lose weight, improve your finances, change your career, manage a health obstacle, or race any other goal that you are striving to achieve, what worked for someone else might not work for you. Foundations is an eight-week goal setting, accountability, and motivation program tailored to your individual needs and will give you the strength to accomplish anything you set your mind to.

FOUNDATIONS HABIT JOURNAL
I hope the day never comes when I say I have no more room for growth, no more goals left to accomplish, and nothing left to learn. I hope to always strive to improve the person that I am. After completing your first Eight-Week Behavior Change Program you will be on the path to creating sustainable, long-term, healthy habits, but your work will never be done. It can be easy to fall back into old habits when you don't hold yourself accountable for your behavior. The Foundations Habit Journal will allow you to continue tracking your habits, analyzing your behavior patterns, and holding yourself accountable as you continue to progress toward your goals.

CROSSROADS: My search for truth through music and a lot of red wine
I am Carrie Woodcock - mother, musician, writer, entrepreneur, fitness instructor, health coach, and behavior change specialist. Crossroads is a collection of journal entries, lyrics, songs, and reflections about discovering yourself. I invite you to grab a glass of wine (red and dry preferably) and turn off the TV. Put your phone away and leave the world of touch screens and news feeds behind you for just a little while.
