Designed for those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, this group offers a gentle yet powerful framework for purposeful reflection that moves beyond venting or rumination. Through weekly reflections, guided meditations, intentional journaling prompts, and a unifying affirmation, group members are guided to quiet mental noise, challenge limiting beliefs, reconnect with inner wisdom, and refocus on what they can control. Rather than striving for perfection or dramatic change, The Weekly Reset encourages small, meaningful moments of clarity that build self-trust, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of vitality—helping you feel more aligned, grounded, and alive in your everyday life.

Welcome to The Weekly Reset: 52 Weeks of Alignment and Growth

Imagine starting each week feeling centered, clear, and energized—ready to live intentionally and move toward the life you truly desire. That’s what The Weekly Reset offers: a year-long guided practice designed to help you reclaim your energy, quiet mental overwhelm, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

 

For over ten years now, I have believed strongly in the power of journaling, meditation, affirmations, and reflection, however I recent realized that I had drifted away from these practices. I was feeling uninspired, unmotivated, and disconnected from the version of myself that I wanted to show up as in the world. I found myself journaling—but habitually drifting into negative thought patterns, complaining, and feeling numb. It wasn’t who I truly am, and I knew I wanted to reconnect with that sense of vitality and purpose.

That realization led me to create The Weekly Reset, a year-long guided practice designed to help you reclaim your energy, quiet mental overwhelm, and reconnect with your inner wisdom—one intentional week at a time.

With a one-time registration fee, you’ll receive weekly emails for the entire first quarter of 2026 (12 Weeks), each containing:

  • Daily reflections to help you focus on what matters and direct your energy intentionally

  • Daily journaling prompts to explore your thoughts, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your inner voice

  • A guided meditation to cultivate calm, clarity, and alignment with your intentions

  • A weekly affirmation to inspire and ground you throughout the week

 

I’ve seen firsthand how these small, consistent practices can build clarity, self-trust, confidence, and a deeper sense of agency. Each week is designed to help you not just reflect, but reflect with purpose—to recognize what you can control, let go of what you cannot, and intentionally step into the life you want to create.

Quarter 1 of the Weekly Reset

Quarter One of The Weekly Reset lays The Foundation for Living With Clarity, Alignment, and Purpose by guiding you out of autopilot and into conscious choice. Over twelve weeks, you are invited to reclaim your personal power, align your daily actions with your core values, and learn how to direct your energy intentionally rather than reactively. This phase focuses on building confidence and self-trust, simplifying what feels overwhelming, and transforming insight into consistent, sustainable action.

 

Along the way, you develop resilience, self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and the courage to show up authentically, while learning to release excessive control and trust the process of growth. By the end of Quarter One, you are no longer striving to “fix” yourself—you are grounded, self-aware, and equipped with intentional practices that support continued growth, clarity, and alignment throughout the year.
